A GOOD RECIPE OF SALVIA HISPANICA (CHIA SEEDS)

INGREDIENTS
  • two  cups plain almond milk

  • 3/4  cup of chia seeds

  • 1/2  tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/2  tsp. pure vanilla extract

  • A  pinch of salt

 
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl (or container with a lid). Stir until the mixture begins to thicken (about 2 minutes).

  • Leave the container outside and stir for 30 seconds every 10 minutes, for about half an hour.

  • Put it in the fridge overnight and let it thicken even more.

  • Serve alone or with fruit, granola, or soy whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries

  • 1 cup of strawberries 

  • 2 teaspoons honey, optional

  • 2 cups almond milk (optional, low-fat milk) Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • In a small bowl,

  • Mix the goji berries and 1 tablespoon of water.

  • Let stand for 15 minutes to soften the berries.

  • In a blender, add goji berries, strawberries, honey, almond milk, and ice until smooth.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fresh banana

  • 4 frozen bananas

  • 180 milliliters of non-dairy milk (coconut is a great option)

  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder

  • Optional: 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • toasted almond butter

  • sliced strawberries

  • pieces of passion fruit

  • Berries

  • Walnuts

  • coconut flakes

  • fresh mint leaves

 

INSTRUCTIONS  

  • Cut the bananas into pieces and place them in the blender or food processor.

  • Mix until you get a thick paste.

  • With the motor still running, add the milk little by little.

  • Then add the spirulina and mix until well combined with the banana.

  • Serve in a bowl and decorate with all the ingredients.

LUCUMA ICE CREAM

Como hacer helado de lucuma

INGREDIENTS  

(8 to 10 servings)

  • 4 cups of fresh milk

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of evaporated milk

  • 2 pieces of cinnamon

  • 100 grams grated coconut, dry

  • 4 cloves

  • Cinnamon powder

  • 4 egg yolks

  • 1/2  kg of lucuma pulp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pour the fresh milk into a pot and bring to a boil with the cinnamon.

  • Add a clove and grated coconut.

  • Strain and reserve.

  • Blend the evaporated milk with the egg yolks and the lucuma pulp

  • Add the cold fresh milk and the condensed milk.

  • Place in a container and freeze for 7 hours.

  • Unmold and serve in small pieces.

  • serve the  delicious frozen lucuma cheese sprinkled on it  with ground cinnamon.

  • 100g of acai pulp

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix (raspberry, blueberries)

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • dehydrated coconut

  • Big wave

  • fresh blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place all the ingredients for the bowl in a food processor. Process until they are perfectly incorporated.

  • To serve, decorate with granola, fresh blackberries and dehydrated coconut, you can add the ingredients you want.
